How many photos do you take?

On smaller homes a minimum of 10 or more depending on size, rooms, angles, etc. 

Larger homes you can expect 20 to 50+ images to choose from

What kind of equipment do you use?

We use Canon full and crop frame camera bodies

Wide angle lens 10-22mm and 24-70mm

Tripods, Flash(es)

Are the photos retouched or edited?

We use Photoshop & Lightroom to edit our photos

Sky Replacements

Retouching & Color enhancements

Photos are resized and optimized for MLS

extensive retouching is additional

Photo Delivery

Photos are delivered digitally via a link to an online gallery

Photos typically take a 24 - 48 hour turn around time

(some weekends/holidays excluded)

Does someone need to meet the Photographer?

Not necessarily. 

Our photographer has a Supra Key

If the home is equipped with a combo or Supra, no one needs to meet the photographer

What if I need to cancel?

There is no cancellation fee if you notify us the day before the photo shoot.  Same day cancellations fee is $50. 

Do you provide a photo release?

All of our images are copyrighted, intellectual property of the photographer and Luxe Lens Photography. We license our images to you, the client for MLS use.  We grant  the client the temporary limited usage right to reproduce, publicly display and distribute photos for promotional and advertising purposes directly related to the sale of the property, including MLS, social media sites , print & digital marketing, until the property is either sold or goes off the market.   

Photos may NOT be transferred or assigned without express written permission of the photographer and Luxe Lens Photography. The homeowner/seller does NOT own the images. If there is an agent change or the homeowner would like to use the images, an extended right of usage can be purchased  for the use of the images. Images are non-tranferrable
